General Terms and Definitions

The following terms used in this document have specific defined meanings. "Platform" or "Site" refers to the xzx6r website and its associated services. "User" or "you" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, who accesses the platform. "We", "our" or "xzx6r" refers to the entity operating the platform.

xzx6r is an online gaming platform that provides casino games, sports betting and other gaming services for players in Bangladesh. The platform maintains a safe and reliable environment using SSL encryption and ensuring fair play.

In addition to these terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply. Together, all these documents form the complete user agreement.

• "Account" refers to each individual account registered on the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to additional funds or free spins granted for promotional purposes.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before a bonus can be withdrawn.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account at xzx6r, the user must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform is permitted only for those aged 21 or above. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Account Rules

Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

2.3 Identity Verification

xzx6r reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national ID card, birth certificate or other documents may be requested if needed. Withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with third parties is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

xzx6r currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. The maximum deposit limit is determined by account level. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

3.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the deposit.

3.4 Transaction Verification

xzx6r reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions. Complying with anti-money laundering (AML) policy is our ethical responsibility. Additional documents may be requested if necessary.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

xzx6r offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. Or a ৳28,000 deposit earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳48,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before the bonus amount can be withdrawn, a 15x wagering requirement must be completed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳22,500 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus is cancelled.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• xzx6r reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer.

Gaming Rules

5.1 Game Fairness

All games on xzx6r are operated using software from certified technology providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming and others). Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.

5.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits. Specific limits may apply when playing with bonus funds. Breaching these limits may result in the bonus and associated winnings being cancelled.

5.3 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted due to a server outage, network issue or software error, xzx6r will handle the situation in good faith. The right to cancel any reward granted due to an error is reserved.

5.4 Sports Betting

Official results are accepted for bets placed in the sports betting section. In disputed situations, xzx6r's decision is final. Bets connected to match fixing or any other illegal activity will be considered void.

User Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the xzx6r platform:

• Playing using fraudulent activity, bots or automated software.
• Harassing, insulting or threatening other users.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Playing under a false identity or using another person's account.
• Abusing bonuses or conducting coordinated bonus hunting activities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using xzx6r's logo, trademarks or intellectual property without authorisation.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, xzx6r reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit the associated funds.

Account Suspension and Termination

7.1 Voluntary Closure

A user may request to close their account at any time. All pending withdrawals should be completed before making the request. Any unused bonuses will be cancelled before the account is closed.

7.2 Termination by Our Authority

xzx6r may suspend or close an account without notice in the following cases:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing false information.
• Age limit violation (opening an account under the age of 21).
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

7.3 Return of Funds

If an account is closed for reasons other than fraudulent activity, any remaining real-money deposit balance will be returned. Bonus funds are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the xzx6r platform — logos, trademarks, graphic designs, software code, text content and databases — is the intellectual property of xzx6r or its licensors and is protected by applicable law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. Any use beyond this permission is legally prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

xzx6r provides services on an "as is" basis and is not liable for the following:

• Games being interrupted due to internet connection issues.
• Technical errors by third-party payment providers.
• Unexpected server downtime or maintenance.
• A user's failure to maintain the security of their own account.
• Personal financial losses resulting from gambling.

Under no circumstances will xzx6r's liability exceed the value of the relevant transaction.
